PRAYER AFTER COMMUNION

Sacred Heart of Jesus
I thank You for your presence
And I ask you Lord
Fill me with your grace
Strengthen me when I am weak
Give my courage to carry my crosses
Help me to be honest and humble
Teach me to be merciful and forgiving
Allow me not to be judgemental
But let me be loving and neighbourly
Lord make me peaceful and kind
Don't let me speak unkindly of anyone
Let me not use Your name without respect
And keep me from all that is not of Your kingdom
Amen.

Prayer after Communion

I have much to ask sweet Jesus while within my heart you lie.
First I beg that dearest Jesus of a holy death will die
Let no stain that's grievous ever mark my precious soul
Give me patience, meekness, kindness, holy fear n self control,
Bless my children, parents, brothers, sisters, bless my friends relations too
Keep us in Thy grace dear Jesus and forever to be true,
Bless our holy sovereign pontiff bless our bishops priests and friends
Grant that all may meet Thee later in the life that never ends,
Pity all the hardened sinners who today will have to die
Give them grace of true repentance for forgiveness make them sigh
And the holy souls departed please set them from their prison free,
Grant that many dearest Jesus, will today reach Heaven with Thee
May my holy Mother Mary guard all day my fickle heart
Jesus Thou were here this morning do Thou never from me part
And my kind and faithful angel with this tender love so true
Help me at my prayers n duties and in everything I do
That it may be all for Jesus, prayers, works suffering all,
Help me to be faithful and be ready for his call. Amen


Prayer After Communion

What has passed my lips as food, O Lord,
May I possess in purity of heart,
That what is given to me in time,
Be my healing for eternity.
May Your Body, O Lord, which I have eaten, And Your Blood which I have drunk,
Cleave to my very soul,
And grant that no trace of sin be found in me, Whom these pure and holy mysteries have renewed.
Who live and reign, world without end. Amen.


Prayer After Communion

     I humbly beseech You, almighty God,
To grant that those whom You refresh with Your sacraments,  May serve you worthily
By a life well pleasing to You.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son,
Who lives and reigns, world without end. Amen.
